Company

TR Engineering was founded in 1989 by Theunissen Rob with engineering and production of dynamic devices for the food industry as its core business. The focus of the company was set to the food industry and processing stainless steel and aluminum. After the founder's decease in 2003 TR engineering was taken over by Twin Immo group.

After the takeover, the new owners started to invest significantly in new production halls and the staff size was increased as well. in 2016 new construction yards were built in Lanaken which enabled creating bigger constructions and enabling the use of inland water ways.

Our production unit is equipped with an indoor production hall of 7000 m2 and allows for excellent working area for rolling, bending, cutting of all types of materials including steel, stainless steel and aluminum of varying sizes (length: 14 meter, thickness: 60 mm).

TR Engineering is currently equipped to take on challenges from high demanding clients in a wide field of expertise including: semi-finished products, custom- and batch production orders in small and large quantities (silos, tanks, transport rails, constructions, stairways and more). TR Engineering strives to offer qualitative products at competitive prices.

Our activities are diverse and include complex industrial constructions to all kinds of steel constructions for both small projects and large "Turn Key" projects. Our goal: participate with the client in all stages of the project to be able to offer the best quality at the best price.

Today, TR Engineering operates from 3 locations:

  • Maasmechelen – 3.000 m2 production space on 10.000m2 terrain (500m from highway E314)
  • Lanaken – 7.000m2  production space on 40.000m2  (200 m from the "Albertkanaal")
  • Kwiatkowski Lwowek (Poland) – 10.000m2 production space on 40.000m2 terrain
